Philippines' Duterte calls for mass withdrawal from ICC

MANILA (Reuters) - Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday called for other signatories of the Rome Statute that established the International Criminal Court (ICC) to join his country in withdrawing from the treaty.
