Acting Armenian PM rejects talks with opposition leader

YEREVAN (Reuters) - Armenia's acting prime minister, Karen Karapetyan, has rejected a proposal by opposition leader Nikol Pashinyan to hold talks on Friday as anti-government protests continue to rock the country.
