Lebanese citizens living in non-Arab foreign countries began heading to the polls overnight Saturday and Sunday morning in a historic expat vote, with the number of voters in Australia - the country with the most Lebanese expats – already hitting 4,648, state-run National News Agency reported. Polls in Australia opened around midnight Saturday Beirut time.
