Cavs GM 'hurt,' but 'thankful' after end of LeBron era

In his first public reaction since LeBron James chose to leave his hometown Cavaliers for the Los Angeles Lakers in free agency, Cleveland general manager Koby Altman on Friday said he was "extremely thankful" for James' contributions, but admitted "a level of hurt" over the superstar's departure.
