Emil Aoun, the lead defense counsel for Salim Ayyash, is set to begin his closing arguments Monday, making his client’s case for innocence in the trial of those accused of involvement in a 2005 Beirut bombing that killed former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri and 21 others.
