Hariri praises Aoun’s speech at the Francophonie Summit

Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri Saturday congratulated President Michel Aoun on his safe return from the Armenian capital of Yerevan, and praised a speech he had given there during the 17th Francophonie Summit, a statement from Hariri's office said.
