Foreign Ministry calls for U.N. action on Israel for boat sinking

The Lebanese Foreign Ministry has called on U.N. Security Council member states to take action against Israel after an Israeli submarine captain admitted to sinking a Lebanese boat during the 1982 Israeli invasion of Lebanon.
