Kremlin: Pressing on with missile sale to Turkey despite U.S. deal

The Kremlin said Wednesday that Russia was pressing ahead with a contract to deliver advanced S-400 missile air defense systems to Turkey despite the U.S. State Department approving the sale of a rival U.S. missile defense system to Ankara.
